Hello, I’m Domina Lucy Fleur

Professional & lifestyle Dominatrix, leadership & power expert - and very effective life coach…

My background is in operations management, corporate governance, strategy, disability and somatic bodywork- a unique combination of skills that form the core of my approach to Domination.

As a former military officer and disaster management specialist, I am used to operating in high stakes environments with extreme physical and psychological demands. I have led men and women in challenging, life-or-death situations that required intense planning, reactive leadership and well-managed post-mission support and integration. I am risk aware, thrive on intensity, and know how to get the best out of my subordinates.

I first considered becoming a Dominatrix when I discharged from Defence - it made sense, considering ordering men around was my core skillset. However I was discouraged by the idea of starting from scratch with a House apprenticeship, and had no idea about BDSM beyond my own fantasies, so I put this to the back of my mind, and ignored it for many years.

Eventually curiosity overtook me, and I finally entered the BDSM scene circa 2021 as a tentative lifestyle Domme. It didn’t take long for my private exploration to become an embodied way of living, and I began immersing myself in parties, workshops and play. After moving to Melbourne, I began to dive even deeper - completing the 7 Realm Arts of the Dominatrix© course under the guidance of Anne O Nomis and Mistress Electra Amore in 2024, and reigniting my curiosity about professional Domination. I was absolutely hooked on the feeling it gave me, and the fulfilment I got from supporting people to live their fantasies, shed their shame and indulge their hedonistic desires.

Around this time, I became a frequent attendee of Studio of Secrets, finding myself drawn to the community that gathered there, as well as Mistress Zoe Demure’s style of training and her emphasis on the therapeutic benefits of ethical Domination. In 2025, Mistress Zoe offered me the position as her first private apprentice to be trained in the space, supporting me to refine my technical understanding of the risks & tools of the trade, and to expand my understanding of the practice and potential of BDSM. I am on track to complete the final pieces of my apprenticeship in early 2026, though I will never stop learning and developing.

One of my favourite things about sessions is the variety and diversity of people I meet through this work - an endless array of open-minded, curious and interesting play partners that continuously open my eyes to new experiences and ways of being. I consider it a privilege to hold space for people to explore their limits.

I am a study-addict that is always on a course of some kind, and find myself ceaselessly drawn to physical and mental challenge. I am playful, quick witted and empathetic, and enjoy truly getting to know people. I love discussions about psychology and philosophy, hearing about people’s passions and telling you about mine. I have completed multiple degrees/ post-grad qualifications, and hold professional certifications across the many industries and interests I have explored over the years. My most recent graduation was as a traditional massage therapist, and I am currently levelling up my yoga, somatic flow and skippering (sailing) skills. I am an avid reader, meditation enthusiast, and traveller with a moderate Spanish fluency from my time living in South America.
